San José, Costa Rica. July 30th, 2019. The Costa Rican Investment Promotion Agency, CINDE, will host the fifth edition of the HR Forum, a congress specialized for bilingual professionals, representatives, and academia of human resources.

More than 25 national and international speakers will discuss the main trends of human resources under the main topics: Talent andamp; Acquisition, Learning andamp; Development, Diversity andamp; Inclusion, HR Strategy and Costa Rica Legal matters.

Among the speakers are: Ramiro Luz, LinkedIn’s Head of Hispanic LATAM – Talent Solutions; Vinod Bakthavachalam, Senior Data Scientist at Coursera and Dr. André Vermeulen, CEO of Neuro-Link.

For the fifth consecutive year, CINDE organizes this event to train the needs of multinational companies regarding human resources and to promote good practices and initiatives that strengthen Costa Rica’s human talent.

“Currently, one of the main challenges that the companies face is to reskill their teams and the ability of their collaborators to reinvent themselves and continue learning in today's knowledge economy. This is one of CINDE’s priorities to continue positioning Costa Rica as a key investment destination thanks to its human talent,” said Vanessa Gibson, Head of Investment Climate at CINDE.

The congress will be spoken in English, at the Intercontinental Hotel and will gather more than 200 people, with representatives of more than 305 multinational companies attracted by CINDE in Costa Rica.

The fee for the two days is $500 with VAT included. Those interested in attending can contact Jorge Arce of CINDE at: eventos@cinde.org.
